For damaged packages, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be re-shipped at your expense. We cannot redirect packages once they have been handed to the carrier.
Most items ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Some oversized or hazardous items may be restricted to ground addresses only — this will be noted on the product page.
