Shipping Policy
At The Perfect Part Inc., we take pride in fast, reliable shipping. Most in-stock orders ship within 24–48 business hours. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
1) Processing Times

In-stock items: Usually ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Verification holds: Orders flagged for address or payment verification may require extra time.

Preorders/backorders: If applicable, estimated ship dates will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
2) Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders $29.00 or more (e.g., $29+).

Orders below the threshold ship at calculated carrier rates shown at checkout.

Surcharges may apply for oversized/heavy items where noted.
3) Transit Times & Carriers

Typical delivery is 2–5 business days after shipment within the contiguous U.S.

Carriers include USPS and UPS; selection depends on destination, weight, and service availability.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees; weather, carrier volume, and unforeseen events can cause delays.
4) Tracking Your Order

Use the tracking link in your shipment email, or log into My Account → My Orders to track your package.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive your confirmation.
5) Address Changes & Delivery Issues

We can’t modify the shipping address after an order is placed. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@theperfectpart.net—we’ll do our best if the order hasn’t shipped.

If a package is marked Delivered but you can’t locate it, please:

check with household members and neighbors;

look around porches/side doors/garages;

allow 1–2 business days for final scans; then

contact the carrier and support@theperfectpart.net.

6) Risk of Loss; Shipping Protection

Title and risk of loss transfer to you once we hand your order to the carrier (see our Terms of Service).

If you purchase optional shipping protection at checkout (when available), coverage terms are provided by that protection provider.
7) Split Shipments

To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
8) Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused may be refunded minus original shipping (if any) and return shipping/processing fees where applicable. Please verify your address at checkout.
9) Service Area

We currently ship within the United States (including P.O. Boxes via USPS where eligible). Additional transit time may apply for non-contiguous U.S. destinations.
